Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
Once your package has been dispatched, our shipping partner will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery status online.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@amazingair.co.uk.

Use the subject line: "Shipping Address Change – Order X" (replace X with your order number).


Delivery Time

All UK deliveries are shipped from our UK distribution centre using reliable courier services such as DPD or Royal Mail.

Standard delivery time is 2–4 working days from the date of dispatch.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, and other remote locations may take slightly longer.

For international orders (outside the UK), we ship via FedEx under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms.

This means any applicable VAT, import duties, or handling fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
