Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
When your order has been dispatched, our shipping partner will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@amazingair.co.uk. Use the subject line: “Shipping Address Change – Order X” (replace X with your order number).
Delivery Time
All UK orders are shipped from our UK distribution centre.
Standard delivery time is 2–4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and remote areas may take slightly longer.
International deliveries (outside the UK) are handled via FedEx under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms — meaning local VAT, import duties, and handling fees (if applicable) are not included and must be covered by the recipient.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please note: because of health and hygiene regulations, AmazingAir products can only be returned when the seal on the package is intact. This means that the products should be unopened and unused.
